Jen held various executive PA/EA roles across Oxfordshire for over a decade before launching a successful VA agency in her hometown of Bicester. The award-winning Exec Support Solutions operates a team of 12 who provide invaluable support to the business operations of clients that span the country.
The idea to create a specialist PA/EA recruitment agency was an idea that ran alongside the VA business until its realisation in 2022 when Jen was lucky enough to find Catherine to run the show!
Catherine is a talented recruitment expert with 9 years of experience working for one of the country's largest recruitment firms. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and positivity to her role with Exec Recruitment Solutions and is excited to build a business that will break the mould of other recruitment agencies out there!
