Jennifer Williams
Founder/CEO
Jen held various senior PA/EA roles across Oxfordshire for over a decade before launching a successful VA agency in her hometown of Bicester. The award-winning Exec Support Solutions operates a team of 12 who provide invaluable support to the business operations of clients that span the country.
The idea to create a specialist recruitment agency was something that ran alongside the VA business until its realisation in 2022 when Jen finally committed to launching the brand with experienced recruiter, Catherine, at the helm.
Catherine has since moved away from the world of recruitment but Jen remains front and centre to look after candidates and clients with warmth, honesty and experience.
